Linda is an accomplished professional with years of business, technology, and sustainability experience. Linda's experience includes 6 1/2 years at Pure Storage as the Global Sr. Product Sustainability Marketing Lead and Bare Metal as-a-Service Sr. Solutions Marketing Lead. Linda worked for Gartner for 8 1/2 years where she sold research, advisory & benchmarking services and consulted CFOs & CIOs.
Linda ran her own consulting/contracting businesses. Linda has global experience with companies such as: Cisco, Microsoft, Gartner, Informatica, Dropbox, GitLab, Docker, Avaya, Hitachi, Good Technology, ProLogis, Infor and others. SCG's services are based on 25+ years of Linda's experience in these areas.
Specializations include: Sustainability; the impact of AI on Data Centers and Infrastructure Management; Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, Storage.
Linda’s passion for sustainability has grown from her direct experiences and teamwork in adventure racing expeditions, mountaineering, and volunteering with organizations like Earth Island Institute.
- Linda is a two-time competitor in the Eco-Challenge World Championships in Borneo, Malaysia, and New Zealand; and multiple US-based adventure races including Eco-Challenge Qualifier for Australia. In addition, trekking through Patagonia with Eco-Challenge Patagonia Expedition Race
- Multiple Mountain summits around the world include Kilimanjaro, Rainier, Shasta, Kinabalu, and others
- Training with Tamalpais Outrigger Canoe Club
- She volunteered with P3 Colorado – People, Profit, Planet and Boulder Guide Dog Puppies as a Puppysitter
- She is currently a volunteer with Boulder Startup Week where she created and ran the first Sustainability Track
- She has been a member of U.S. Green Building Council and Boulder Green Building Guild
- Linda has published several articles and has had a number of speaking engagements at conferences
- Linda is Green Building Certified
